The company shall always improve on internal competence and combine this with external resources for special projects.
Sales and marketing
We will market our products through our homepage, our customer magazine, exhibitions and frequent meetings with our customers in our product park in Hultsfred, Sweden. For our property products, we will also use advertising and other such tools.
Our sales will be reached through personal visits with customer relations in focus. We will also realise sales over the Internet.
Long term, we shall be present in all European markets. Either through our own sales companies or through independent but active importers.
Production
Our production will be adjusted to market needs and demands. The production will always be efficient compared to our competitors and flexible to the markets and the company's development.
Business administration
Our business administration will be highly automated without lowering our standards of careful internal control.
Quality and environment
The company shall always be able to verify its quality, by having higher standards for qualitative as well as quantitative factors than the market will expect, and by focusing the environment in the total process from product development through production, sales and logistics.
